• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices listed are in INR (₹) unless otherwise specified.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using our approved payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 business days after confirmation.

• Delivery timelines vary by location and are typically 5–10 business days within India.

• Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout.

• Tanabana Craft is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to verification.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with all accessories.

• Return shipping costs may apply and will be deducted from the refund.

• Customized or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.
