Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time within India is 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery to remote locations may take longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size. Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to verification. A return request must be initiated via email at tanabanacraft@gmail.com and include photo or video evidence of the issue.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and accessories. Tanabana Craft reserves the right to accept or reject return requests after verification.

Return Charges

If the return is approved, return shipping charges or a restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount. If the product was incorrect or damaged on arrival, we will bear the return cost.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, personalised, or clearance sale items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
